This policy explains how Flush 'N Furious handles information submitted through flushnfurious.com when you contact us, request service, or use the online booking system.

Information We Collect

Contact and booking forms may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, service address, appointment preferences, issue description, access notes, and optional photographs. We also maintain appointment status, service history, and communications needed to manage your request.

Cloudflare processes technical information needed to deliver and secure the website. The application uses a visitor IP address for short-term rate limiting and spam prevention. Privacy-safe conversion records contain only an approved event name and page pathname; they do not contain form fields, customer identifiers, query strings, confirmation codes, or photo information.

How We Use Information

We use submitted information to evaluate service needs, schedule and perform work, communicate about appointments, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and improve website reliability. Phone, email, and SMS preferences are used for service-related communication, not unrelated marketing.

When an appointment is confirmed, the service type, date and time, service location, and an internal booking reference are synchronized to the business's Google Calendar. Customer phone numbers, email addresses, issue descriptions, and photographs are not included in that calendar event.

Service Providers

We use Cloudflare for website hosting, security, Turnstile spam protection, and operational logs; Supabase for booking records and private photo storage; Resend for transactional email; and Google Calendar for confirmed appointment scheduling. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and according to their own terms and privacy practices.

Storage And Sharing

Booking photographs are stored in a private bucket and are made available to authorized staff through short-lived links. We do not sell or rent customer information. Information may be shared with service providers described above, with people working on your service request, when you direct us to share it, or when disclosure is required by law.

Records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for service delivery, business administration, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Provider backups and security logs may remain for their normal retention periods.

Your Choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to records we need to retain for legitimate business or legal purposes. The public website does not use advertising cookies or sell information for targeted advertising.
