These Terms govern your use of flushnfurious.com and its contact and booking features. By submitting a request, you agree to provide accurate information and use the website only for legitimate service needs.

Booking Requests

Submitting the online form creates a service request. It does not guarantee an appointment unless the website or a staff communication specifically states that the request is confirmed. Arrival windows are estimates and are not guaranteed completion times. Flush 'N Furious may confirm, decline, cancel, or reschedule a request based on availability, service details, access, weather, safety, or other operating conditions.

Urgent Conditions

For active overflow, sewage backup, or a condition that may cause immediate property damage, call (321) 526-3046 instead of relying only on an online request. Twenty-four-hour availability does not guarantee a particular response or arrival time.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, location, access, and service information; ensuring that an authorized adult can approve access when required; identifying known hazards; and notifying us promptly about changes. Service scope, findings, pricing, payment, and any warranty terms may be documented separately in an estimate, inspection report, invoice, or other service agreement.

Photos And Messages

You may submit photographs and descriptions that you own or are authorized to share. You give Flush 'N Furious permission to use that content only to evaluate, schedule, document, and perform the requested service. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unrelated content.

Communications

By providing contact information, you authorize service-related calls, emails, or text messages concerning your request. This is not consent to unrelated marketing. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

Website Availability

We work to keep the website and its integrations available, but online access may occasionally be delayed or interrupted. If the booking system is unavailable or a request is urgent, call us directly. We may update these Terms as the website or business process changes; the date above identifies the current version.
